Q: When are trash, recyclables and yard waste picked up?
A: Pick up is Wednesday morning. Tags are to be placed on yard waste bags. Scheduled pick up may change due to holidays. Please check the City of Naperville website, http://www.naperville.il.us/trashrecycling.aspx On non-pick up days, trash receptacles are to be kept hidden from street view.
Q: Are electronics, i.e TV’s, printers, etc be picked up with the trash?
A: No. The City of Naperville provides a drop off site. For more information, please go to: http://www.naperville.il.us/electronicsrecycle.aspx
Q: Are there residential parking restrictions?
A: The municipal code limits street parking between the hours of 2 am and 5 am. Residents should take care not to block sidewalks for pedestrian use. Do not block fire hydrants or driveways.
Q: Are fences allowed?
A: Yes. Plans must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee before permits are issued and construction begins. Vinyl, chain link or cyclone fencing is not allowed. 4’ is the maximum height. Refer to the WRHOA Covenants.
Q: Are pools allowed?
A: In-ground or ground level pools are allowed but plans must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval before permits are issued. Above ground pools are not allowed.
Q: Are there pet restrictions?
A: Yes. 3 dogs or 3 cats. Pets are not allowed to ‘run at large’. Owners should always be considerate of neighbors and their properties. Always leash your pets when walking and be sure to pick up your pet’s waste.
Q: Who do I call to complain about speeding in our neighborhood?

Q: Yikes! I’ve seen a coyote in the neighborhood. Who should I call?

Q: Are sheds allowed?
A: No, however many homeowners store seat cushions and small garden tools in a deck box which should be located on the backyard deck. Stand alone units; i.e barns, small garages are not allowed. If you have any questions, please review the WRHOA Covenants or contact any Board member.
